The Stars That Usher Evening Rose

I have come to the conclusion that the summer is bad for blogs. Atleast mine it is. Pretty much this whole summer I have had little to no will to post on here as something else always sounds more interesting.

My summer so far hasn't been exactly filled with excitement either. Pretty much just sticking with my original plan of playing golf a couple times a week assuming the weather is nice. Played put-put last weekend for my Aunts Birthday and I finished with a 46 which was par for the course, which included two hole-in-ones.

Tomorrow morning my dad and I are leaving to go to the Bush and Nextel cup races that are tomorrow night and Saturday night. We are taking the motorhome and staying in it. My dad reserved a spot for us to park it over the weekend. Fortunately for us the tickets were free as my brother-in-law sent my dad the tickets as a Birthday/Fathers Day gift. We should get back late Saturday night or Sunday morning assuming the races don't get rained out.

Then one week from today we leave to head up to Charlotte to pick up Cathy, William and Jacqueline to begin our 16 or so day trip. I will try to post at some point on the trip but the chances of my probably being able to are slim. That's pretty much it, just wanted to post and let you all know I am still here and haven't quit the blog.
